Here is my freebie for you today!
It will help kiddos practice determining whether a sentence is a complete sentence, or not complete sentence.
There are two different activities: a scoot (to get those munchkins up and moving) and a sort.
It come with recording sheets for both activities, teacher directions (in case you have a volunteer), student directions (in case you want to put them in a folder), and answer keys.

Smiling and Shining in Second Grade
Thank you so much for sharing. I'll definitely use this in my 2nd grade classroom. I did notice that there's a little mistake, though. You have
ReplyDelete"Eat all of the food" listed as a sentence, but "Eat pizza and hot dogs" as incomplete. Technically, they are both sentences. Not so sure I'd use either one with second grade since there's no obvious subject. Just thought I'd let you know.
