I'm planning on doing these activities on one afternoon as our holiday celebration. The kids will spend the afternoon moving through stations in small groups.
So, if you're looking for something fun, AND Common Core aligned to keep your kiddies busy & learning before vacation, head on over to TPT to check it out- just click on any of the pictures! :)
I would also love to give this away to two friends! Just leave a comment (with your email!!!) and tell me your favorite thing about the holidays! I'll chose two random numbers tomorrow! :)
Have a great weekend!!!!

These packets are fabulous and perfect my kiddos :) My favorite thing about the holidays is the constant smell of pine and holiday candles simmering in my house all season long. There is nothing like it :)

I love holiday songs and lights.

This sounds like a fun {and educational} way to have a "party" with the kids. I love the idea!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about the holidays is the lights. When the kids are out of the classroom I always have the lights dimmed. At home I love to sit in the living room with just the Christmas lights on.

My favorite thing about the holidays is that I can fill my house with the smell of frosted cranberry and apple cinnamon!

Hi Sandy
ReplyDeleteYou are awesome, those are so smart! My favorite thing about the holidays is creating memories with my family. Decorating the tree is a favorite for sure. Each year my parents gave me an ornament that had something to do with my life that was signifcant that year...getting braces, swimming champ, etc. We do the same for our kids and have such fun putting them up and talking about and remembering what each one meant to us at the time.
