Happy Friday!
1. I got a new blog design and am in LOVE with it!!! I just needed a little change-up! Thank you Alicia!!!
This was our first week back from spring break and it was a little rough getting back into the swing of things if you know what I mean... AKA- my alarm is really cramping my style! Despite my sleepy self, we did some great stuff in class!
2. We wrote scripts from the characters' shoes with a partner!
This was SO. Much. Fun!!!
(I'm going to post more about that app tomorrow!)
3. I've got a new behavior system thanks to Lisa, Rachelle, & Laura! My kiddies are seriously acting like little angels (KNOW ON WOOD!!!) and I am LOVING it!!!

4. We've been working on leaving meaningful comments on our class blog. I was beyond thrilled to start getting some thoughtful comments from the kiddos!!! (Instead of "Cool" or "I like your picture")
5. I found a tooth on the floor the other day. Yes. A tooth. Don't even get me started on this. I am so grossed out by loose teeth, and this just about put me over the edge...
A tooth! Some little kiddo is going to be tho thad they literally lost their tooth:( I am checking out the Sock Puppet app right now;)

ReplyDeleteLove your new blog look - too cute!! I can't believe you found a tooth! On my grade level, I'm the resident "tooth puller" because it grosses everyone else out, but I still think I'd freak out if I found one on the floor.

Yuck! Teeth gross me out. When the kiddo's show me their wiggly teeth I pretend to look but really I look at their cheek or their eyes or somewhere else. LOL!
