I'm a little late to Farley's May Currently because.....
This little guy decided to make an appearance a few weeks early!
We welcomed Cade Wesley Patterson into the world on April 28th! So far, he loves eating, looking out the window while getting his diaper changed, sleeping, eating, sleeping, and hangin' out late at night. (He is not yet aware that my bedtime has been 8:00 for the last 29 years. Or that we sleep all night long ;-) I definitely see why people say it's the hardest, but most rewarding job you'll ever do!
Even these two are exhausted from all of the late night shenanigans going on!
Anyways... here's my Currently :)
Seriously! Go see Molly! You'll absolutely Love LoVe LOVE her! :)
Congratulations! Your little guy is precious!

ReplyDeleteSandy, I LOVE little Cade already. He is absolutely adorable! I am so happy for you and your family! Just enjoy every minute, and don't worry about not being able to get everything done that you would like to do. That's what friends and family are for! And by the way, little Cade is one very lucky little boy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! What a little cutie! No newborn advice (no kids) but how about pulling out your slow cooker and making dinner in it? Then you don't have to worry about anything needing to be checked/taken out of oven on the slim chance you find a few minutes to sleep! I make pork carnitas with salsa verde that is delicious!
ReplyDeleteMany congrats on your new little one! He is precious!

Advice? Hug him every chance you get...the house will get cleaned, food will get there, laundry will get done! When he sleeps, YOU sleep! Drink LOTS of water...it will get "better"...he will sleep, JUST TOUCH, Give KISSES, & GIGGLE! Take LOTS of pictures...they change daily! Congrats! wendy 1stgradefireworks

EEEK! Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy Sandy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie pie! Enjoy this wonderful time with your little one.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful, bouncing baby boy you have! Know that you and he will "find a rhythm" to your days! Sleep when he sleeps, or sleep when a family member comes over and offers to help! May your time in these early days with him be blessed and special!
